Oil painting art comes from the West and has not been popularized in our country. Therefore, oil painting appears only in the teaching of art schools or in a very small number of families and luxury hotels. In the past, the production of oil canvas was almost blank in our country. And most of the oil canvas was imported from abroad. With the deepening of China's reform and opening up, the living standard of the people is remarkable. To improve, after the material life is satisfied, the spiritual life has a higher level of pursuit, the decoration of the living room is more important to highlight the life interest. Therefore, the demand for oil painting is increasing, and the production of oil painting will become a new economic growth point. At first, Shenzhen and the mainland have a batch of oil canvas manufacturers, they use The domestic made cotton fine cloth as the base material, the imported coating coating, the production of oil painting cloth cost high, influence the economic efficiency of the factory. Later some manufacturers tried the domestic production of paint, although the production cost is low, but the quality is not satisfactory. First, the weatherability of the canvas is poor, the canvas produced in the winter is crisp, easy to crack and flake. The rate of waste products is high. Secondly, the pollution gas is released in the production process, which directly affects the quality of the environment and the health of the workers. In view of this, we have improved the original formula and technology through experimental research and optimization experiments, and developed a new type of LZM acrylic oil painting cloth.
Composition and ratio of 1 coatings
Synthetic resin emulsion A:36%-40%; synthetic resin emulsion B:5%; filler: 26%; pigment: 0.5%; additive A, additive B, additive C, additive D 1%; water: 27%-31%.
The rational selection of these materials is very important because the proper selection of each material will directly affect the quality of the coating and further affect the quality of the canvas. Therefore, there are specific requirements for each component in the formula.
Selection of 1.1 synthetic resin
The structure and properties of the synthetic tree finger are the main factors to determine the quality of the coating and the coating effect. Therefore, we should focus on the key. The following factors should be considered when selecting synthetic resin.
(1) choose synthetic resin emulsion with high decomposition temperature and strong thermal stability to prevent the decomposition of synthetic resin in the process of heat curing film formation.
(2) choose the suitable synthetic resin emulsion with suitable viscosity. If the viscosity is too high, the fluidity is poor, the adsorption force is small and the coating difficulty is increased, the coating is too thick, easy to crack, easy to fall off and seriously affect the quality of the product. If the viscosity is too low, the film is too thin, the bottom is left, the canvas is poor on the oil color, and the quality of the product will seriously affect the product.
(3) because of the particularity of the paint coating itself, when choosing synthetic resin, we should consider not only the strong adhesion to the whole cotton cotton fabric, but also the ideal bonding force with the oil paints after the thermal curing of the film.
Selection of 1.2 fillers and pigments
The fillers and pigments in the paint require chemical properties. During storage and production, there is no chemical change with other ingredients in the coating, and the stability of light and heat is good. In addition, the use of chrome and lead pigments should be avoided in order to ensure that the workers are not healthy.
1.3 other additives
Including dispersant, toughening agent, mildew inhibitor, antifreeze, etc., all require strict control of usage, and choose non-toxic, harmless varieties.
2 raw materials used for coating and its function
Polyvinyl acetate ethylene copolymerization emulsion adhesive and film forming, and ethylene propylene copolymer emulsion; light calcium carbonate, its effect is to enhance stability; white pigment titanium oxide, Zinc Oxide; blue pigment phthalocyanine blue; dispersant three ethylamine; defoamer triethanolamine, SPA202; antimould agent barium borate; antifreeze propanediol butyl ether and diluent water.
The manufacturing process of 3 coating
(1) in the batching workshop, dispersants, defoamer and mould inhibitor are dissolved into water solution first.
(2) add the body pigment and disperse it with high speed dispersing machine until it reaches the requirement.
(3) polyvinyl acetate ethylene copolymer emulsion was added to the above solution. Under continuous stirring, antifreeze agent, pigment and ethylene propylene copolymer emulsion were added slowly.
(4) after passing the quality test, transfer to the coating workshop.
4 coating performance test and standard
4.1 coating appearance
After placing the finished oil canvas for 1 hours, there should be no wrinkles, spots, blisters, cracks and peeling in the natural light, and the color and hand viscosity of the finished oil canvas should not be different from the standard sample.
4.2 C oil canvas coating product standard
Softening point: according to GB9284; water resistance: according to GB1733; alkali resistance: according to GB9265; coating appearance: after the film condensation, no wrinkles, spots, bubbles, cracks, loosening and other phenomena. Color and standard color plate difference is not great; density: 1.9 to 2.2g/cm 3; softening point: 368
~ 393K; drying time of non stick tire: less than 3min; water resistance: no abnormality after water immersion 24 hours after water immersion; alkali resistance: soaking with saturated Ca (OH) 2 solution for 24 hours without abnormality; heating residual portion: 99%; flow degree: 32 + 5mm; cold tolerance: 253K cryogenic box should be kept unchanged for 24 hours; viscosity: 0.1 to 1.0Pa. S.
5 coating process
Operation steps and precautions
(1) special cotton and cotton fabric base (width 1.6 meters) is placed on the inlet, and the position should be placed upright. The interface between the cloth should be stitched tightly.
(2) starting coater, the speed of the coating machine is 160r/min, and the automatic coating device is started at the same time. The feed volume should be strictly controlled to prevent the coating from spillover and cause waste. In the beginning of the beginning of the machine, the feed intake is in turn. In the continuous production process, the feed intake at the same time.
(3) open the power supply and heat and dry the canvas with multiple sets of electric furnace wire. (the power of the wire is 2000 Watts, the distance of the wire to the cloth is 50cm), from the inlet to the outlet, the temperature is from high to low, the highest temperature of the cloth surface should be less than 383K. during the heating process, the operating personnel should not leave the post without authorization, and the operating conditions should be kept constant. Pay attention to the safety of electricity.
(4) after the quality inspection (visual inspection, touch detection, etc.), the product is determined.
